Miguel Conner, aka "Abraxas," is one of my favorite radio hosts.
He is always polite, well spoken, receptive and extremely knowledgeable about
many aspects of my subject matter. Miguel knocks himself out preparing
for interviews and asks very pertinent questions that lead the subject in an
interesting and relevant direction.
Miguel's promotions of his interviews are also very well done - the best, in
fact - as he takes the time to listen carefully to the recording and create a
well-written and exciting summary sure to grab the reader's attention. His
grasp of language both orally and written is superior.
Miguel also packages the programs very nicely and makes them readily available
for future audiences. It is obvious he puts a great deal of time and care into
his craft.
I highly recommend doing an interview with Miguel Conner, as the experience is
always a pleasure and the result unquestionably increases interest in any topic
at hand.

I think the Aeon Byte who wrote that ‘Queen of Darkness’ book is Illuminati all
the way. Why else would he be into the Rosicrucians,
who are Freemasons, and that sick, sick fucking bastard, Aleister
Crowley? Unless he's a rebellious teen, it smacks of nihilism. Have
you read up on the Rosicrucians? I did, when I was
researching the bad masons and the Illuminati, and they figure into the
picture, as do the Templars. What gives?
What's this guy's deal? These organizations are all racist, nihilistic,
satanic, pedophilic, and speeding us toward globalization. What do you
think? Secret Societies, especially ones formed in like--Germany--lol, don't tell the truth
about their symbols and the Freemasons even make a direct statement about lying
to the public and low rung members about what the symbols mean.

One of the things that I love about your show is your
interviewing
skills. You really are the diplomat and you are right. All voices should
be heard. Exactly. I love the variety.

To Miguel a.k.a. Abraxas:
I’ve been a listener for almost two years now. Each week I plan my
Saturday morning around
getting to listen to your show. On Monday mornings, I cannot wait till I can
see your site to see
who will be interviewed the next weekend.
I have to commend you on a job well done! Not only do you bring well-educated,
top-notch
authors into our lives, you do so at your own expense. That says a lot, in and
of itself. So many
of us who adhere to alternative religious practices demand for services such as
yours, but are all
too willing to let them fall by the wayside by not supporting such efforts. To
me, it is
hypocritical of us to listen intently, “get fed” by you, then go on our merry way, and not order
past interviews or make any donations. We (myself included, at times) are
comparable to the
gluttons at the Love Feast that Paul of Tarsus spoke of–we eat, get full, and
take from others who
have little to offer but need it the most.
Yes, my spiritual life has been enriched by your hard work and diligence. If it
weren’t for you
and your show, I might be lost on a different Path by now...I cannot thank you
enough!
--Keith Nicholson, author of ‘Above, Below, Within’--
You ask the right questions. Some other shows with similar topics don't have
very good interviewers.
You ask good questions. You’re in tune with whoever you interview and
that's cool.
--John—
I pray that you see the light before it’s too late. Eternal Damnation is
real.
Only through accepting our Lord Jesus Christ,
who came in the flesh to wash the sins of the world, can one be saved from
Hell.

Loved your interview with Rebbe Yakov
Leib HaKohain of DONMEH
WEST,
which is how I discovered Aeon Byte. A splendid show indeed!
I will certainly be listening to your forthcoming shows as well! Shalom, Frater Abraxas!

This e-mail is long overdue, but I wanted to let you
know how much I
enjoy Aeon Byte/CCG. Thanks much for making all your shows available
in bulk digital audio. I've collected the first 100 episodes,
allowing me frequent helpings of Gnosticism and Esoterica.
I can't thank you enough for turning me on to people such as
Stephan Hoeller, Richard Smoley, Philip Gardiner,
Jordan Stratford,
and others (you've significantly expanded my reading list!). By the
way, on a related
subject, I really enjoyed ‘The Queen of Darkness’. I'm a writer myself
and working on what I hope will be my first novel.
Anyway, thanks much and keep the light of gnosis burning bright and
reaching all the dark corners of cyberspace!
--Shane—
Gnosis is a lie and the Gnostics were the greatest liars.
All you’re doing is spreading old lies long debunked.
Get real and get faith, demon worshipper.
--Richard--
Just wanted to show my appreciation for your last show.
I'm not sure if it provided me much more insight into love,
but it was more enjoyable than a lot of talk I hear about love, which tends to
lack depth.
So many claim to really value love without really
understanding it.
Maybe Smoley's ideas about "conscious love"
aren't really that common -
it's something that's frustrated me, always seeing love conceptualized
as something not under our control.
It's either imposed upon us by the divine or fate, or it is pure,
uncontrollable emotion.
And while I do think it's important to recognize the conscious aspects of love,
I also recognize its mystery.
It’s one of the things I often argue with other atheists about.
Most claim love is fully explainable by chemical reactions.
Maybe that can explain the result of love, but that doesn't really define love
or explain why we love.
It's one of the few truly spiritual dimensions to life that can't be corrupted
by dogma or legalism.
--Andrew—
I just wanted to tell you keep doing what you are doing...the mixture is a
powerful experience for me... your voice and choice of sounds invokes the Light
in my consciousness and brings it forward.
--Adam—
Many thanks for your excellent website and fascinating
interviews.
--Joshua—
You’re no better than the atheists and pagans who are
trying to poison civilization.
The Bible is the Word of God and holds all the truths.
Read it sometime and you might find all the answers you need.
--Robert--
Hey Abraxas, I caught your show last Sunday and it was very cool.
You've got a new fan.
I was raised in a really strict non-instrumental Church of Christ,
about as fundamentalist as you can get and still function.
I "stumbled" onto Gnosis in a B & N bookstore by leafing thru a
copy of the Nag Hammadi books.
I didn't understand all of it, but some of the basic features really hit home.
That was about two years ago. So I've been checking out all the materials
I can that don't sound nuts.
There's a lot of screwballs in religion of any type
but they stick out like an old man at girl scout meeting.
--Mark—
Hi Miguel!
I have recently downloaded a selection of your interviews and excerpts
outlining
the basics of Gnosticism. You explain these concepts extremely well!
I'm a big fan of Acharya S and have e-mailed her many times. In fact, I
am also forwarding a copy of this e-mail to her, so that she will know how very
much appreciated she is. When you work as hard as Acharya does, it is
nice for others to acknowledge you. Your interviews with her are
excellent.
Keep up the good work, Miguel! It is a real pleasure to learn from you
the teachings of Gnosticism.
--Brian—
Kudos to you for your radio show. I enjoyed the one
this week but that is not to say I don't enjoy the others. I, dare I say it, religiously listen to you every Saturday morning. What I
don't do is send you praises as often as I should.
I'll just blame it on demons and archons.
Again, great effort and thanks,
-Fred-
Enjoyed the last show, as always. I'm glad you have some real scholars on
your shows who know their stuff, and are bringing on
secularists like Avalos as well as Gnostic and spiritual figures. I'm gonna check out his books. Right now the only one in
my local library is "Fighting Words."
By the way, where is that clip from you used at the end of the show? I thought
it was pretty awesome.
Thanks for putting together such classy, intelligent, and fun shows!
Merry Matrix!
- Andrew—
Thank you so much for your clever and beautiful website. It means a lot
to us to have a place to go that makes sense.
-Mary-
Yes, I am a distressed listener here to comment on your internet broadcast,
Aeon Byte. Aside from the poor narration, distracting non-sequitur sound bites,
and a lack of interactive and live content your show is essentially a flawed
product of heretical defiance. You would dare subvert the good name of Jesus
Christ, the personal savior of humanity, in order to spread your dark taint
across the far reaches of the internet.
You try to argue your point that god is not ever loving, all powerful, and the
source our divine absolution by quoting profane and thought to be lost "gnostic" scriptures that were excluded from the Good
Book for their fallacies and taint. You try to tell your viewers that Jesus did
not exist, and was merely a mythological figure, and thereby you try to
convince them that Jesus and God are not dead; making it easier for Satan to
take control of them in the guise of Abraxas, the god you preach over Jehovah.
This is why that your Nag Hammadi Library was lost, for it did not praise the
glory of our lord and the salvation that Jesus offered us, throwing the
precious blood he spilled for you back into his face.
Instead of being a heretical demagogue and preaching about the death of our
lord, Jehovah, you should bask in his infinite greatness and Jesus’ everlasting
love and take him in as your own personal savior, as the rest of your following
should. If you do not, then your souls shall inhabit a dark vestibule at the
mouth of hell, awaiting the end of time when the Pope and Anti-Christ shall
rule the world and Four Horseman bring about the last
war.
I hope God takes pity upon you and your false deity, Abraxas. For when you and
your god boil in searing everlasting flames and liquid hot magma for the rest
of eternity, you will have nothing but each other to chew at with your gnashing
teeth and gnarled hands. For if god does not take pity on you sinners and devil
worshipers then you shall suffer in your worst nightmares in hell, alone, for
the rest of eternity in an existence that not even the likes of Hitler deserve
for all eternity. At least Hitler believed in God and Jesus, which for all his deeds, make him less deserving of this punishment than you.
And now I wish you and your followers a good day. If any of you are wise enough
to hear my words of God's love and his eternal unimaginable wrath for throwing
his gift of existence and his Son's precious blood back in his face then hear
me now. Go say a prayer, the deepest prayer you could possibly muster, and take
Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior. For if you do not reach out to the
Messiah and pray to him daily, then no matter the number of good works or
sacraments you commit all your life, damnation and hellfire shall be your
reward in the end. However, should you choose the righteous path then your
reward shall be infinite happiness and divine absolution that only the Lord
Jesus Christ may deliver in the divine kingdom of Heaven. Now, laugh you satanists, but in the end God shall be the one laughing at
you all, goodbye.
Sincerely,
--A Distressed Listener--
This radio show kills fascists. And that is exactly what I'm all about. Aeon
Bytes is a bastion of freedom, liberty, and democracy. I can't thank you
enough, M., for the work you do on this show. Aeon Bytes is amazing and I am
thankful it exists, Aeon Bytes is a blessing. Each week, I look forward with
great excitement and anticipation to find out what the next show is and who is
being interviewed. YHWH said "My people are destroyed for their lack of
knowledge" and Aeon Bytes will only help you increase in knowledge, the
fight against ignorance continues. Now excuse me while I go back to fucking Jesus
Christ in the ass.....sorry christians (no, I'm not
REALLY sorry), I can't help it, Jesus is sexy, drop dead gorgeous and totally fuckable. YHWH, you're next.
--- Joshua S. Laudermilk--
Miguel,
High praise here from a skeptic who does not believe in universal cosmic
consciousness or teleology. It does not comport with my best
understanding of astrophysics and scientific cosmology. But
enough of that. I do believe in the human imagination and in
archiving its best collective traditions for a positive outcome for the human
condition. To that end, my friend, you provide an invaluable service,
vastly under-appreciated from a society generally besotted by the narrowest and
dullest infantile ideologies.
Like Robert Price and Ken Humphreys, this atheist when combing through the data
and literatures of the Abrahamic religions to be
parsimonious in historic authenticity, falls in love with the long suppressed
information of how people and their cultures strove to understand their place
and ability to conform with the awesome mysteries of nature itself.
Continue to chronicle the varied perspectives on Christian Gnosticism and the
remainder of the western esoteric traditions Leibniz labeled the
"perennial philosophy". It matters not that your shows vary in
qualitative import. You are playing your part to document the dignity and
brilliance humans have declared their connection with each other and creation, both varied and syncretized.
Those who grovel in indignation with the truth of history and anthropology come
to light, be damned.
-Neophyte—
Miguel,
Two more great shows and so much to think about. We Gnostics may be on
the path but there are so many turns and delightful stopping points on the path
to Light.
On another note, I see that I have 120 of your shows so may have to treat
myself this Holiday Season (here insert your favorite means of celebrating the
Solstice).
--Fred—
Keep up the amazing work.
Forever Appreciative,
--Christopher--
Greetings and salutations
Frater Abraxas,
I just thought I would let you know that I appreciate the sharing of your
thoughts and findings upon this great shared journey through time and
space; inner and outer.
Those of us graced enough to be aware of, and are experiencing, the true
magnitude of self understanding and knowledge, are blessed.
You put majesty and humor into your work. I enjoy the twists and play on words.
It appeals to my quirky irreverence for the seriousness of human existence.
-Daear Llais--
Another great show, Miguel. Your dribble
saves me on a weekly basis.
Thanks for the extra lectures you've been putting up and the new series as
well.
It is greatly appreciated!
